Updated phone # on website not transferring to Tools App

We had to get new phone numbers and thought we had changed them...however the changes are not reflected in Tools. I am unable to find a way to make the changes.
I am the RS President and several people have suggested I update my number :roll: ....it is changed online, but doesn't show up on the Tools App. How can I make this happen for my and for my husband?

Keep in mind there's a "household" number as well as a "personal" number for each individual. Make sure to check both.

Have also found here that tools does not update phone numbers very promptly at all lately, sometimes takes days. Must be another sync issue. A refresh data by the user should bring in the new number, but it can be a more cumbersome process and most members do not know that option even exists.
