Correct ministering assignment in previous quarter

Is there a way to correct a ministering assignment from the previous (most recent) quarter? I noticed an error when looking at the quarterly report. This is an error in the assignment itself; it's not a question of marking them as interviewed or not.

This is the error: There was a ministering companionship who moved out from the ward last year, and we forgot to reassign one of their families. Although this companionship was not showing up under "Current Assignments" in the "Ministering" tab when Jan-Mar was the "Current Quarter", it is showing up now that Jan-Mar is the "Previous Quarter". It is throwing off the number in the quarterly report. I'd like to be able to take this companionship off of the previous quarter so that the quarterly report is accurate.
