Facility Reporting App Error on login - “couldn’t reach server”

I just downloaded the facility issue reporting app for the first time. When I try to login with my church account, I get an error that says “couldn’t reach server please check your Internet connection and try again.” I’m not having any other connectivity issues on my phone, and I am able to log into my account using that username and password on the church website. Any insight on what I need to do to be able to log into this app?

You can try going to the web page fir.churchofjesuschrist.org and see what happens there.

Please note that the reporting app is only available to certain standard callings. You can find that list here
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
