When we look at her Membership information (

In our ward we also have a member who is a councillor in the primary with the same problem (HUAWEI P30, Android 10):
She can login on the website but it doesn't work in the Member Tools App (named LDS Tools before).
We checked the Membership Number (is that what MRN means?), it is correct and also in our ward list. We reinstalled the application (Version 4.3.1), we reseted the data of the App, nothing helped.
Do you have an other idea?
