Nursery Coordinator

Nursery Coordinator

We have a young ward and so we have lots of children, as such, we have 3 nurseries. That being the case, we have the need for a nursery coordinator. Since there is not an official calling for that in LCR, I had to place this individual as a nursery leader under all three nurseries. Is there a better way to do this?
