Volume control on podium box not working

we have the Ivie CP-884B podium box. The height buttons work fine, but the volume buttons do not effect the sound at all. The power button does still work and we use that to turn the sound on and off. We just can’t control the volume.

You'll need to contact your FM group.
Note that the volume only moves within a limited range - turning down for a loud speaker and up for a soft one.

Have your PFR submit a FIR request. (Sorry for all the acronyms - many are explained
HERE.) That's the best way for your FM group to be notified of a problem.

Depending on your calling, you can submit a
FIR request directly. The list of callings that has access can be found
here. Taking a quick look, it seems to include the ward council level of ward leadership.
