Missing talks?

How do I find talks like “To Young Men Only” by Boyd K. Packer from the Priesthood Session in October 1976? It’s absent from the app.

That talk was never published in the conference edition of the Ensign. If you are able to find the actual Conference Report online, you will probably find it there.

I did a google search using these terms: to the young men only by boyd k packer
A .pdf version of the pamphlet was the 3rd hit. It is on a non-church sponsored site maintained by someone who self-reports as a member of the church.
The 4th hit on the search has the text of the pamphlet on a web page. This site also is not officially affiliated with the church.

Not sure if I should post the links here - but the document (or the text on a web page) is pretty easy to find.

Also note: According to a Salt Lake Tribune article (2nd hit in the previously mentioned search) from 2016, the church retired the pamphlet and removed it from the web site and the online store.
