Sync Not Updating

Sync Not Updating

Member Tools App does not sync. Last successful update was May 20, 2021. Member Tools version 4.3.1 (7320) iPhone XS Max; iOS 14.4.2.
Sometimes the message will pop up: Error "Member Tools Services are not available".
Is Member Tools services not working or down?

Same here. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I get the same thing except now, I don't have any of the old data...

Same here. I tried to reinstall and lost everything. I'm a stake clerk and I need this app to work!

Same issue here. I spoke with three members who use Apple and we're all having he same issue.

There were issues with sync processing yesterday.

I tried opening the tools app this morning ( June 14, 2021 @10am est) and it is not working or updating.

Sync is not completing. Multiple attempts over the past week.

Assuming that the app is up to date, with compatible iOS, I have found that deleting the app and reinstalling has sorted syncing issues a few times.
