Incorrect tithing & fast offering donations

Donations made on the 2nd July 2021 was supposed to be $xxx.xx and not $x,xxx.xx. How can it be corrected. Who do I have to go to? [name removed]

Disclaimer: This is the process for the US. I'm assuming other countries are similar.

If the donation has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it using the online portal.

I just submitted my donation request and noticed I made a mistake. How can I cancel my donation request?

As long as the Church hasn’t already processed your donation, you may still be able to cancel the donation request. You can cancel the donation request a few different ways: Click the x icon next to the donation that is still in “Processing” status, or click the donation, go to the yellow slip, and click the Cancel Donation Request button at the bottom of the slip. The donation request will be canceled and deleted from the system.

If it has been processed, you need to contact your ward clerk to have him contact support.
