The Access Table is in LCR under the Other link. Only standard callings have access. Custom callings do not.

According to the LCR access table (Other > Access Table on the LCR menu) only organization presidencies have access to the Payment Request option in LCR. So I'm surprised that you have a YM advisor with access. Usually the access table is accurate.

Any chance the YM Adviser has another calling that grants access?
