Once a bishop has submitted a prospective missionary's application to the Stake President, is there a way to then return it back to the Bishop so they can continue working on information? Or, do the bishop maintain the ability to add more to the application or have the prospective missionary add more to the application? Anyone know?
I have a case where my stake president wants me to return the app so they can complete it properly.
Thanks!

I don't know who would know this.
If there is a Feedback link at the bottom of the application site page, I'd recommend that path to contact someone that might know the answer.

If the application is in the Stake President's queue, I believe they need to reject or return it back to the Bishop. I think the Stake President can delegate that function to others, but if he has not done so I think he has to process the change.
