Password recovery process

Hi,
Would it be possible to deeply revamp and rework the account's password recovery process for members ?
Here in France at least, it has been very annoying for many members because most members are unable to easily recover their password by themselves. The phone recovery mode for instance almost never send the text message (at least in France) for instance.
Having to call support for this makes it too complex and many members have stopped paying their tithing, especially during pandemics constraints, due to the complexity of password recovery for both adults and teenagers.
It is very sad that a complex and unworking technical process impede people from obeying commandments, serving more efficiently and eventually qualifying for temple recommend.

Recent updates now allow the Bishop or ward/branch clerk to update the member's email address on their record in LCR, which will then send an email to that member to verify the email address. Once that email address is verified, it can be used to recover the account (if there is one) via the Email Address or MRN options at https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/recovery.
