It sounds like you've been granted rights to some calendars, but either the events in question aren't in "your" building or you haven't been set up as a building scheduler within the calendar system itself.

Can you double check? I believe our Stake Clerk has done this. Here's a screen shot under the Calling tab showing the person's calling and which building calendar he has access to as Executive Secretary: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mMktOv ... sp=sharing

That's not the calendar system. In most cases, having your calling correctly recorded in LCR is how one get the "keys to your calling". But not in this case.

But as far as the calling of building scheduler, LCR is completely irrelevant. It has to be done in the calendar system.

Go to https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/calendar/locations. Select the building in question. Are you listed as the building scheduler?
