How does one submit a suggestion to Church Leadership to update LCR by adding the Ward Temple and Family History Leader calling?

The calling is already there in LCR under Organizations>Temple and Family History. It's the first calling listed then. It also works when adding a calling by member name, although in a slightly different manner.

825 E 500 N, American Fork stake building needs a bigger mother’s lounge. It’s so small and always 2-3 mothers in there at a time nursing/changing a baby. It would be nice to have a sink to wash hands after changing the baby and one more rocking chair.

Nobody here in this user-to-user discussion forum has any influence regarding that suggestion. Your bishopric and/or stake president are the ones to talk with about the idea.
