Ministering not showing up?

I am also a compassionate service coordinator and I need who ministers who info. I cannot see it using my computer or the app on my phone. I deleted and re-installed the app on my phone but that does not work. I can only see my personal ministering assignments and my family's but no one else's.

The Compassionate Service Coordinator calling would be a custom calling and therefore have no calling permissions to view ministering assignments. The Relief Society Service Coordinator and Relief Society Assistant Service Coordinator standard callings have access to the ministering assignments through the Ministering Assignments Summary report available in the Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) 'Reports' menu. In Member Tools that report is not yet available.

With the recent change to Member Tools those with ministering assignment edit permissions looking for ministering assignments have two menu tiles to use. The first is 'Ministering Assignment' and the second is either 'Ministering Brothers' or 'Ministering Sisters', as appropriate. They also can find ministering assignments in the Ministering Brothers and Ministering Sisters reports found the Reports tile. I suspect that those tiles and the additional reports would not be available to the Relief Society Service Coordinator and Relief Society Assistant Service Coordinator since that would require ministering assignment edit permissions and not just view permissions.
