Unable to View any Video with Safari Browser--latest version

I was unable to view to any video on lds.org this morning, using my Safari Browser Version 15.1 (17612.2.9.1.20). I could download the videos and view them in Quicktime.

Are you still having the problem? I just went the media library and pulled up the most recent inspirational video and it played fine for me. This was using Safari Version 15.1 (16612.2.9.1.30, 16612)

A go-around for me is to open my browser using the incognito mode. The regular non-incognito browser stopped working at the LDS site whenever I got into specifics. The church did not help. I learned of the incognito mode approach from a phone rep at my bank.

We suggest it here, as well. There is a known problem where the church cookie gets too big and muddles up things. Often clearing cache and cookies will solve browser access and display problems at the church website.
