You may have also noticed, in the same folder there is a link to the Darik's Boot and Nuke (DBAN) website. There you can download an ISO image that can be used to create a bootable CD (or DVD) with the "Nuke" utility on it.
Be warned, "DBAN will automatically and completely delete the contents of any hard disk that it can detect..." Remove any drives you do NOT want wiped before booting from the media.
