Progress Report for Returning Members

Can the ward council use the progress report for members that are returning to activity? If so how is this member added to the report so that the returning members are visible in the Tools app?

Can the ward council use the progress report for members that are returning to activity?

No. Those listed in the Progress Record are either recent converts or investigators being taught by the missionaries. The members listed at the New Members tab are recent converts, less than two years membership, and is populated by the system from the unit membership records. Those people listed on the People Being Taught tab are provided by the missionaries in the area book.
