Problems with my LDS account

I hope someone here can point me in the direction of someone who can help me. I am in BYU pathway and every time I log in to myinstitute to register it kicks me out and won’t let me register. I am trying to update my info and give consent so I can register and it kicks me out. I am including the screenshots of what happens… I already talked to Pathway and they say it isn’t coming from their end and to contact someone from the Church that works with IT and see if they can help.

I removed the first screen as it contained personal information and this forum is visible world-wide without a login.

I find it interesting that the first screen was able to retrieve your birthdate and ward/stake information, but the next screen shows birthdate as "undefined".

I think your best bet is to ask the ward clerk for the phone number of the Global Service Desk. They would be way to get IT support from the church. This forum is primarily user-to-user support.

Are you 31 or older? The Institute website may not allow registering for a class if you're older than 30 (or under 18).

I didn't see any such limitation on the Pathways website, but it might be a limitation on the class.

I think the limitation is on the MyInstitute website, not specific to BYU–Pathway. I ran into the issue myself, as I tried to sign up for an institute class last year, but I was no longer in the "young adult" age range. I needed to contact the office of my local institute to get an exception and register for a class. I had no issues registering online in previous years (while I was still in the regular age range).

That is most likely the issue here.

I believe I have two accounts, I don't know how this happened: I can only see one of them, I know I have made donations but can't see any on the one account I can sign into. Could they be combined?
