When will we have the ability to record visitor numbers for the Sunday Quorum and Organization meetings? As of now it is just showing the members on the rolls as far as I know . Any news on this change?

33.5.1.1
Attendance Reports

Attendance at sacrament meetings and Sunday priesthood and organization meetings is recorded electronically using LCR or Member Tools.

Sacrament Meeting.

Attendance at sacrament meeting is recorded each week by the ward clerk or an assistant ward clerk. The count is the number attending the meeting in-person or by streaming, including visitors. Ward members who are not present because they have another assignment or are attending another ward are counted in the ward they attend.

Sunday Quorum and Organization Meetings.

Attendance is recorded each week by quorum and organization secretaries and advisers. Youth leaders may also assist in recording attendance. The count is the number attending the meeting in-person or by streaming, including visitors. Members who are serving in the Primary or as youth leaders within the ward are also included as attending. Members who are attending another ward are counted in the ward they attend.

The ward clerk can record attendance on behalf of any organization.

Does YW/YM Mutual activities count towards the weekly attendance or is it only Sunday meetings? Or based on the handbook, is it any "meetings" during the week should be counted as part of attendance for that organization?

It is currently Sunday meetings only, and based on the new handbook language, that appears to be unchanged, at least for now.

Interestingly, in the popup when you click on each item in the quarterly report, there is a hodgepodge of instructions. Melchizedek Priesthood, Young Men, and Young Women use the language "Record [members of category] and visitors", while Relief Society uses "Record [category members] (including visitors)", and Primary uses "Record [members of category] attending [category] meetings (including visitors)", and Prosepctive Elders and Young Single Adults don't mention visitors at all. Although I suppose those last two would be a bit personal to ask visitors about.
