Sacred Music Catalog App Problem

On my kindle fire 8 from amazon why am I getting the message failed to download check your internet connection and try again although I am connected can you please tell me the cause of that problem and what are the remidies for it?

A few ideas:
What version of Fire OS does your Kindle Fire have installed? Do you have any Fire OS system updates available?
Are you using the latest version of the Sacred Music app from the Amazon Appstore?
Do you have any VPN apps or content-blocking/filtering services on your network?
Have you tried opening the app while connected to a different Wi-Fi network?
