LCR not working 3/26/22

LCR is not working right today, 26 March 2022. It was also having issues last night. Now today finance is totally inaccessible. If you are fortunate enough to finally get into LCR, clicking on finance just comes up as an error, repeatedly. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon as tomorrow is the last Sunday of the month and having access to finance may be critical.

Feedback was submitted, but suspect nobody reads it on the weekend. Called the Global Service Center, but they appear to be closed for the weekend. There was a voice message about a system change and all "church workforce" (assume this means church employees) will have to change their password and instructions on how to do so. Not sure when that message is from as it did not supply a date.

If this is the case, it is incredibly poor how a clear message explaining such is not being shown on the landing page. Many leaders around the world are attempting to process tithes at this very moment but they are not receiving clear communication about what is going on.

Hi everyone. I am in Western Australia and have been having the same issue since late yesterday. I processed a couple of reimbursements but the members of the Bishopric couldn't go on and approve them. Come today (Sunday) and cannot log into finance or even the donations portal. Luckily 99% of members are using the donations portal (except if they try to use it today) so we don't need to worry about cash donations. I suppose we just wait and hope it is sorted out quickly.

Also have this problem today, 3/27. Cannot log in from home, via phone, or from church building. Will be unable to process donations for the second time this month.

Same for us this morning (Eastern time). Can log into LCR fine, but going to the Finance section immediately gives an error message. It looks like they HAVE finally fixed the error text though -- instead of showing "error.text" where it clouldn't pull the actual error text, it now displays:

The Service is Currently Unavailable
We're sorry about the inconvenience. Please come back later.

Looks like another day without being able to submit tithing for us too. Luckily, we've converted most on the Ward to online tithing now. We just get a handful of envelopes each week -- mostly from some elderly members who do not want to do it online -- or little kids and their coins.

EDIT: Not a big deal to wait on tithing. Our real issue is that we have a couple of people receiving assistance that need a rent payment before the 1st -- that we now cannot issue today. We'll have to have two people come in during the week and generate the checks.

Is there any general guidance on handling donation envelopes when the system is down like this? Or is it best to work with my bishop on a reasonable and safe approach catered to our circumstance?
