Hi,

I'm a recently called ward clerk, previously serving as the assistant ward clerk.
I've noticed that I'm no longer about to get onto the Child Protection and Compliance system (https://cpcs.churchofjesuschrist.org), with an error saying "No Pool Member Available" is this an issue for anyone else?

We're hoping to have it back online today.

Yes, have had exactly the same problem for nearly three weeks. I have contacted technical support a couple of times but with no resolution of the problem

I believe they are working on these system issues as quickly as they can. But it appears there are multiple systems with issues and it's probably a bit chaotic at CHQ as they work to fix everything. I have no special knowledge, but suspect they are aware of what is down and the best thing we can do is be patient.

Yes, I see it's down for a while, when is going to be back on.

There are a couple of last steps still to be completed. It shouldn't be much longer, but it is competing with a couple of other urgent projects.

System is working again.

Is CPCS down again, I'm now just getting a straight error 404
