Two Missionary Accounts

We have a wonderful Senior Couple serving missions and have been for 8 months. The finance clerk and I noticed at the beginning of the year though, that there were two accounts being donated too. This has caused great confusion for not only us as clerks, but to this Senior Couple that is serving. Both accounts are being withdrawn from, and donated too, with one currently being negative. Is this a situation in which we just transfer between accounts, or is there a way to merge the two accounts together?

You will have to call the global service department (GSD) and have them look into it. They most likely will have to coordinate with the missionary department if there is a program issue that is causing the issue. There is nothing you can do from your end. Do not transfer any funds unless directed by the GSD technicians.
