como cambiar mi fecha de nacimiento y
como cambiar mi fecha de nacimientos ya que esta mala y no me deja enviar mi numero de celula

You'll have to talk to your ward clerk. It's possible you're using the wrong Membership Record Number. That would explain why your birthdate is wrong.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
