New tech, trying to get zoom licence

Good morning

I’m a new tech specialist (not really, been doing our branch tech for awhile, just officially called last weekend). I’ve been trying to set up our branch zoom licence. But ever time I go to the meet page it keeps going to the g suites link not the main page. Would anyone have a link to the main page so I can get our branch zoom licence or should I contact GSD?

You need to be the stake technology specialist to get to the Zoom setup page. I would start there.

Our mission pres let us know each of our branches in our district should have their own but each of us needed to have a tech called and sustained in the lcr? I’m not to sure if that’s makes it harder as we aren’t a ward or take.

I am not sure how it works in missions. It may be that the district can set it up, or it may require that the mission do it. Your mission or area office will know.

This sounds like a classic case if "I have access, you should too". But that's frequently not true.

Only the Stake Technology Specialist can get access to the site to get licensing for ward/branches in the stake. How it's handed out from there is up to the stake.

Following the same pattern, I'd expect only the Mission Technology Specialist can do that and they'll have to pass along the information to the branches. I would recommend setting up a special email address and not tying it to anyone's personal email.
