account/old ward
I was advised that previous ward clerk will still have/always will have the ability to...manipulate things related to my account, correct? My account has been fixed so many many times but issues continue. How to stop that?

Generally, no. Once he's no longer the clerk, or you're no longer in his ward, it's quite difficult for him to make changes to your record.
I'd suggest enlisting the help if your current clerk to check with support and find out who is making the changes.
I'd also make sure the MRN on your account matches what's on your record. If it doesn't, that would explain some of the issues.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
