Member Tools not syncing due to past due date

I recently went back onto my tools when I saw this message:

I hit sync but it didn't sync. I checked a few hours later and it still hasn't synced. It seems to be stuck because every time I try to sync it doesn't work.
iOS version: 15.5
iOS model: iPhone 8 plus (A1864)
Member Tools version: 4.6.1

As a starter I would forget trying to sync on a Sunday.
Try logging out then back in. Sometimes kick starts the process.
Try uninstalling then reinstalling. Nine times out of ten this works.

Post back on this thread what worked, or not!
