Finding out Wifi Router admin ip/psw

I'm a new ward tech specialist and apparently nobody in the ward (including the old ward tech) knows the router admin ip address and password. I imagine it would be useful to know this, so does anyone know who is supposed to know it outside the ward?

The Meriki router and switch(es) are controlled by church headquarters. The stake tech specialists have limited ability through the Church Network Manager web page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Does this apply in the UK?

Someone in another post was talking about cutting off current users because the traffic was making uploads difficult. If they could see people signed on, then they had to have some kind of access. Is this something for the stake tech specialists (Network Manager web page?)? But not ward?

I would suggest reading the articles in the Help Centre about CNM ( Church Network Manager) link below.

Unfortunately, it seems that my position is not permitted to view CNM or CDOL.

I was the stake clerk up until a few months ago, and could look at everything. Now I can't look at anything! :D
