There are several situations that can cause this.
  1. It can take some time after a calling is entered into the system for all permissions to be granted. The common advise is to wait a day or two after your calling has been entered. Not being able to access after that time may be one of the other issues.
  2. The calling has to be entered as a standard calling. A custom calling can be spelled the same as the standard calling but will not be given the needed permissions. Have your clerk check to see if the calling is entered as a standard calling and not a custom calling.
  3. Your Church Account does not have your membership record number (MRN) recorded in it. Go to the Church Account site and log in. Go to the account settings and check to see if your MRN is recorded in the Profile/Membership section.

It is also possible you are seeing a common bug. Did you use the back arrow and try again?

How did you get to Leader and Clerk Resources – did you follow a link sent by someone else, or an old bookmark, or did you navigate directly to the website without following a link? A bookmark or a link sent by someone else may be outdated, or might be to a section of Leader and Clerk Resources that only certain callings have access to.

Along with the other suggestions, you may want try Incognito or Private mode in your browser. Church websites have problems with cookies that can cause all kinds of strange behavior.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
