Out of unit designation incorrect

Out of unit designation incorrect
We have a member of our ward that received fast offering help. We have a notification that says the member is out of unit. We pulled her name from the ward member drop down menu. Last month's financial review showed this as an item to review. I re-entered her name and pulled the name again from the ward member drop down menu. This month we again have her payment as an out of ward recipient. Any ideas of how to fix this?

Is there any chance she's a out-of-unit member of your ward? That drop-down list many not limit to just current members. You may want to check her membership record.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
