Which image formats are acceptable?

Which image formats are acceptable?

i have someone that sent a .heic formatted photo for an expense reimbursement and i can't get it to load. i cannot find a list of acceptable formats. anyone know of a list for this?

jpeg and pdf will work for sure. Can you convert what you have to a pdf before attempting upload of the image?

heic format photos can also be converted to jpeg. Google will tell you how to do that.

png also works, I use that a lot. Other forum members might be able to add to the "go/no-go" list...
