Out of Unit Callings Show up in Reports

Hello-
We have a large student presence with many overlay units dedicated to the student population. Several members of our stake are serving in these overlay student wards and stakes. Their position in that stake shows in LCR.
I've created some custom reports that display stake leadership based on their stake callings and I'm finding that these members and being pulled into my reports. I can't find a way to exclude out-of-unit calling?
