How do I take the red frozen sign off my online tithing slip. My bank accidentally froze my account instead of my husband's when he died, but they have since opened it up.

Ask your ward clerk. Unless he knows how to do that, he can give you the phone number for the Global Service Department, who can fix anything that can be fixed.
