Errors logging in on Chrome

Anybody know how to resolve this error: We found some errors. Please review the form and make corrections

I do not have issues logging in with other browsers

Clear the browser cookies and other site data. The steps are:
Click the 'Customize and control Google Chrome' icon (three vertical dots);
Click 'Settings'; Select 'Privacy and Security' in the left window pane;
Select 'Clear browsing data' in the Privacy and Security section of the right window pane;
In the 'clear browsing data' pop-up select the 'Basic' tab;
Select 'All Time' in the Time range box;
Ensure the check box for 'Cookies and other site data' is selected and then click the 'Clear Data' button.
