membership number

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. trying to enter my membership number into my account but it is just going in circle.

If you are not getting any error messages then either you are experiencing a connection problem with the church servers or you have run into the cookie buildup issue. For the connection problem, either try at different times of the day, later in the week, or on another network. For the cookie buildup issue try using the new incognito or private window. This does not use any of your browser cookies but opens the website with a clean slate.

If you do start to get error messages then read the first topic in this sub-forum titled PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems and follow the instructions for your particular situation.
