Re: "Not on church network" error
I was able to print the check despite the warning. We will see if this gets flagged for audit.
Following up from last time, 192.168.108.1 did direct me to the Meraki router page.
Using an Incognito Window did not resolve the problem.
Using Edge instead of Chrome did not resolve the problem.

Re: LCR not recognizing church internet network
Your post has been merged into an existing thread on the topic.D_Yeardley wrote: ↑Sun Apr 30, 2023 10:23 am I've been trying to print some reimbursement and Fast Offering checks from my unit's computer for a couple of weeks, but LCR won't allow it, saying I'm not on the church's network. I've tried using both the LDSAccess hardwired connection and the Liahona wi-fi. Anyone else have this problem? If so, any idea how to resolve it?
Others are experiencing it, but indicate that it's just a warning and they are able to continue. No root cause or fix has been identified.

I heard from another ward in our building that using Firefox solved the issue for them.SimonRev wrote: ↑Sun Apr 30, 2023 10:41 am I was able to print the check despite the warning. We will see if this gets flagged for audit.

We have the same issue in the Helotes Ward in Helotes Texas. I am trying to print checks and it will not allow me to do that due to the message "Not On Church Network"D_Yeardley wrote: ↑Sun Apr 30, 2023 10:23 am I've been trying to print some reimbursement and Fast Offering checks from my unit's computer for a couple of weeks, but LCR won't allow it, saying I'm not on the church's network. Re: "Not on church network" error
Per previous messages in this thread, just try to go ahead and print despite the warning. Others have said it will print anyway.

Re: "Not on church network" error
Same things happening in Meridian Idaho. I’m the Stake Technology Specialist and I know we are hard wired into the network in the building. I didn’t think to have the clerk try and connect via wifi to see if the warning goes away. If I have time this week, maybe I’ll go take a look at the network setup upstairs to see how this computer is connected (directly to the managed switch or through a ganged switch coming off the switch or something else).

Re: "Not on church network" error
Adding to the confusion, from the check printing page with it's "Not on church network" message I click on "Do You Have Feedback on This Page?" and am taken to 404:Page Not Found.
I wanted to include reference to the check printing page in a feedback message, but it appears that the page is not or should not be in the system.
My wild guess is that site (browser) related code referencing the check printing page hasn't been updated to whatever it should now be.
Fast and furious changes eventually catch up with us.

Re: "Not on church network" error
Update: Church Finance reported the problem to Global Services.
If you cannot print checks there might be a workaround, but Global Services probably would need to share it with folks personally.
