An unknown error code appeared. I am trying to schedule an online appointment to attend the temple. I received the above code found on the subject line on my phone and computer. How can I fix this error?

A 503 error code is a server issue. Most likely the server is down for maintenance or is overloaded. All you can do is check the website again later or on another day.
