I know there are currently issues with folks who have Yahoo and a few other Email addresses not recieving any emails when sent from the LCR "Send a Message" option, is there also an issue with Gmail or hotmail as well possibly. I've noticed the last few time's I've sent anything out I've had a few folks say they aren't receiving them in addition.

I do have a workaround for this issue, when we started streaming meetings via zoom, I created a hotmail acct using the wards name.

I use this email address on my profile on the church website as the Exec Sec and the Communications Specialist, in this way whether I send messages from LCR or send them directly by signing into the email acct I setup they both come from the same email address.

anytime I send a message using LCR, I sign into the email client and send a sepreate message for anyone I know that hasn't been receiving messages when I send from LCR.

In the member selection part of send a message, check and see if there a note next to their name saying that they aren't subscribed. They may need to alter the settings to subscribe to "Local Leader Email" in https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/subscriptions
