How can I get help with syncing issues on iphone & ipad?!

But, the wiki page is completely blank: "There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page."

I have searched the forums and tried everything I could find w/ no success.

Symptons:
Web version has all the data I expect,
The windows version of Gospel Library sync's just fine
iphone & iphade simply say, "sync failed"

I have signed out/in, I deleted the app and reinstalled, and I even did a complete reset of the ipad and re-installed everything manually.

I'd appreciate any help or direction to getting support for my account.

What version? Older versions may not sync and Apple doesn't allow update for non-supported devices.

I don't have the ipad with me so we can just focus on the iPhone for now.

I had an email chain going with tech support, but I haven't heard anything back since my last reply. From the title, it looks like we may be waiting for a fix to come in a future release, but I'm not sure.
