Has anyone in Canada had success getting tech support using the 1 (800) number. After listening to all the menu options and selecting 222 which should get me to the Xerox service line the call is dropper? :?: :?:

There have been issues getting thru to Xerox using the church tech support number.

Church ICS group is aware of the issue with this support phone number and are working on fixing it. In the meantime, for Xerox maintenance support on church devices we can call 833-890-0272.
