The FIR app appears neglected. It has problems:
- it stopped displaying attached images two months ago.
- a button "Building Emergency Contact" doesn't work.
It also needs some new features:
- ability to edit a ticket after it's submitted
- ability to add more than three photos - why this arbitrary low limit?
- ability to copy information from a submitted ticket
- ability to exchange messages with facilities managers within a ticket
- ability to view images attached by facilities vendor

Best thing to do is to use the "send feedback" option from the settings menu, as most users of this forum are the end users of the app like us rather than the developers.
As far as copying the information , FIR is also available through the church website https://fir.churchofjesuschrist.org/ which allows you to copy as needed.
