How to post church talks on You Tube

There is a talk given by Elder Boyd K Packer that I want to add to my favorite talks playlist on YouTube. I can't find it already loaded to YouTube. I can only find it on the churches own website at: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... t?lang=eng
Is there a way to get this uploaded to YouTube so I can add it to my favorite talks playlist?

You can try using the Feedback link at the bottom of the Church website, requesting that the talk be uploaded to YouTube. However, I think it's unlikely that the Church will upload it to YouTube, because it's almost 20 years old at this point, and Church social media channels (including YouTube) are focused on sharing recent materials from current Church leaders.
