New Computer Setup Not Completing Correctly

#1

Post by mtanquary »

I have 2 computers that are both in a setup loop that won't complete correctly.

They are issued from the Church with the autopilot enabled.

I get to the autopilot screen and click 'Continue Anyway' as soon as it appears per the instructions and it just goes to a log in screen that expects a Microsoft style email account login. There is no other login type available. Becuase of this I cannot do anything else and must force the computer into the repair mode to reinstall windows.

That takes 30-40 minutes and restarts the auto-pilot install. No matter what, I end up with that login window which even the support team cannot help me with.

I have tried to get the repair mode to just completely wipe and reinstall a downloaded version of windows but no administrator account gets set up, so that option is not available.

I am at a loss as to how to get these computers set up.

I just had this same issue.
I called support and they changed the group info for the system and then sent the command to re-image the machine.
There are 11 types of people. Those who understand Gray Code and those that don't.
