Gospel Stream/Broadcast is black when doing Zoom

Using the Church Webcasting System, YouTube, etc. Including cameras and mixers.

Gospel Stream/Broadcast is black when doing Zoom

We are moving over to Zoom so we can use the Broadcast and the New Gospel Stream app. During testing using the zoom link works fine, but both the upcoming broadcast area on the website, and stream app just show black screens. I must be missing something. Anyone else seen this before?
