BYU Pathway login

I have an issue with logging into my BYU Pathway Canvas account. Recently I changed my church account credentials and I'm not sure if the problem comes from those changes. My Third Block of the BUY Pathway Program starts on the 9th and don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can help to solve this issue?

How long has it been since you made the changes to your Church Account? Changes are not immediate and, in the worst case, take up to 24 hours to propagate to all systems.

I'm facing the same problem. I'd like my byu ifno to be transferred to my church account (the one I'm using right now). I need to start PC 103 this semester and I'm very worried.

This is a user-to-user discussion forum. Nobody here can create accounts, transfer accounts, transfer information between accounts, etc. You'll need to find official support channels if you need actions of that type done. For Church Account operations, your ward clerk can help you contact the GSD.

As mentioned previously in the thread, nobody in the Tech Forum will have access to your personal BYUI account info, since we are all regular Church members like yourself. Besides the previous suggestion to talk to your ward clerk and have him help you get in contact with the Global Support Department, one thing that comes to mind is perhaps it's related to browser cookies. Church websites are known to suffer issues when there is "cookie buildup", which manifests itself in the church webpages behaving strangely. You could try accessing your BYUI account in private/incognito mode to see if that resolves the issue (and if it does, then clearing the browser cache should provide a stable environment). Likewise, perhaps trying to access your account from a friend's computer might indicate if it's a specific issue with your laptop browser, or if it's related to your BYUI account somehow.
