Hello

I am trying to receive a text to verify my daughter's new church account. The text is not going through on my cell phone and I can't verify her account without a code.

I am having this same issue trying to verify a child's account. I have double checked both my phone number and email address in my account and they are both correct. I still cannot receive the verification email or text. This did work for my previous 3 children in prior years, but not now. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot get her access unless i verify and get a passcode. THANKS

Try anonymsms.com, a service with numbers for SMS verifications. It's free, and they have US numbers.

The first and last posts in that thread are probably the most applicable for your situation. The ward clerk is normally the first point of contact for a member in your situation, and if needed he can help put you in contact with the church's Global Service Center.
