Zoom Provisioning and Blacklisting of Email account

We ran into an issue provisioning a Zoom account for one of our units. In our stake we create a custom email address for use in managing a Zoom account. This email address has a password only known to the STS team. This account must be setup and working before you attempt to provision the Zoom account using meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. When the Zoom account is requested a confirmation email is sent from Zoom with instructions to help you confirm and setup your account and for use in signing into the Zoom portal. If Zoom attempts to send this email and the email is returned as undeliverable then Zoom will blacklist that email address. Future attempts to register that email address will fail.

Since this blacklisting is done by Zoom the GSC will be unable to help you since their tool is working fine. The solution is to have Zoom remove your email address from the blacklisting. Better yet make sure that you use a fully functioning email address when you request the Zoom account.
