Apple Pencil to Take Notes in Come Follow Me.

Hello Everyone
Is there a setting or someway to use Apple Pencil to highlight, take notes, etc, in the lessons or scriptures? I use my iPad to prep my lesson and also use it when I teach and it would be great if all my notes were in one place digitally.
