User name unable to be added to the S&I canvas

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

User name unable to be added to the S&I canvas

I enrolled for the preservice programme and I am to be added to the S&I canvas, but my preservice coordinator is unable to do so, saying its proving difficult to be added and he suggested I reach out to global service and explain same to them,
Please I want a quick response as assignments are due 29th of this month

Your ward/branch clerk can give you the number for Global Service. They're probably the best resource to help you.

Unless GSD can look at their computer screen and verify that you should be a part of the S&I canvas, I'm not sure as they'd help you. They're not going to add you on your say-so alone. And I don't know as they'd take the time to call someone to verify.

I'm thinking your coordinator needs to call them since they're the ones having the difficulty.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
